Breastfeeding AssistanceMaurenne operates a private lactation support practice on a fee for service basis in the Manhattan, Kansas area. She is also available for telephone and email consultations worldwide.
Services include:
Services in Manhattan, Kansas and surrounding areas include home visits by appointment and telephone consultations. Limited telephone follow up is included with local consultations. Services are provided on a fee for service basis. Client is responsible for insurance claim submission through their carrier. Some insurance carriers cover these charges with a physician's referral. Please check with your insurance carrier for details. You will be provided with a super bill detailing the services I have provided. Services are available outside my local area and include telephone or email consultations for those who do not have access to local lactation support. Services are provided on a fee for service basis. Telephone and email consultations are available in English only. With your permission, a doctor’s report is mailed to the client’s health care provider if needed. A client’s health care provider may call for additional information without charge. A written care plan will also be provided if appropriate for each client, as well as any additional client information handouts needed. If you are looking for free breastfeeding assistance, please contact your local La Leche League volunteer. If you are in need of breastfeeding assistance in the comfort and privacy of your home, please feel free to contact me.
