Q	How do you offer such low pricing?
A	Breast-Pumps.com is the internet portion of Maurenne's private lactation consulting practice. We are retailers for two major breastfeeding product companies, Medela and Ameda. Product pricing is high enough for us to make a profit and stay in business but low enough to be affordable to our customers.

Q	What is the price of your Medela Pump in Style Breast Pumps?
A	Our prices are among the lowest prices online from an authorized Medela retailer. All products are new and direct from the manufacturer. Click here to request a price quote on this product by e-mail.

Q	How do I pay with a credit card?
A	We are happy to take your order by mail, by fax or by e-mail. You can also write us a check and complete a mail or fax order form, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. But please, do not send your credit card info by e-mail. It is not secure.

Q	Do you sell used equipment and what are your return policies?
A	For the safety of you and your baby, we sell ONLY new equipment. We do not sell reconditioned, refurbished, or used merchandise. We do accept returns on new items but certain conditions apply. Please refer to our return policy for details.

Are you an "Authorized Medela Dealer"? What is your background in breastfeeding management?

I have been an authorized Medela retailer since 1998 and an authorized Ameda retailer since 2003. I am also licensed as Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas and board certified in Inpatient Obstetrics by NCC. I have been assisting breastfeeding families in all stages of lactation since the late 1980s. I am highly qualified to assist you through all stages of the breastfeeding process. Q	What do I do if I have questions before or after I purchase a breast pump from you?
A	We offer professional lactation support to our local and internet customers. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the use of your breast pump by phone or e-mail. E-mail always provides the fastest response.

Q	I am having a hard time deciding which professional grade breast pump to purchase. Do you have any information to help me with my decision?
A	There are thorough descriptions under each breast pump describing its ideal uses. We also provide a comparison guide and articles to help you decide on the product that is right for you. What is the difference between the Medela Pump In Style and the Ameda Purely Yours?

Both pumps are of the highest quality. They each come with one year warranties on the motors. However, the Ameda Purely Yours breast pump has the unique feature of a closed system. Milk cannot back up into the motor. This system is FDA approved.
