Shipping and Handling Policy for US Customers Shipping rates have become more expensive and we strive to offer shipping and handling fees that are economical and efficient. We send heavier items via Federal Express Ground Shipping. We ship lighter items via US Postal Service First Class. We also recycle our packaging materials as much as possible to reduce landfill waste and keep our prices low for you. You can take a look at our shipping and handling fees here. Our goal is for the product you ordered to be in your hands within two weeks of placing your order. Most of the time, it's much faster than that but we like to let our customers know what they can expect from us as we are a one person operation. We can give you a fabulous price on breastfeeding products and that includes allowing some time for your product to arrive economically. You can read our stock policy here. We ship your package to the address we have on file for your order. Once we mail an item, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You can purchase insurance for your package for an additional fee. Alaska and Hawaii customers, we recommend that you e-mail us for estimated shipping costs. It costs more to ship to these states and additional shipping fees will apply. I process these orders on a case by case basis to keep your shipping costs low.
